MCS's Mazak and Mitsubishi CNC parts repair and policies.

 

REPAIR INFORMATION PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SENDING ANY ITEM FOR REPAIR

 

 

1.     You will be issued an RA number. This is your Repair Authorization number.
Please record it for any further contact about the status or questions about your item.

 

 

2.     When sending in an item for repair, request a signature from the receiving party for proof of receipt.

 

3.     Insure for the replacement Value of the item and pack item with at least two inches of packing on all sides and ends of the item.

 

 

UPON RECEIVING A REPAIRED ITEM YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING!

 

1.     Check package for any damage before accepting the box.

 

2.     If acceptable, open box and check item for any visible damage including missing Screws, Fuses, Relays or other parts shaken loose in shipping.

 

If all appears ok, use only a Mazak or Mitsubishi CNC Factory Certified Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Technician to install, adjust,
align and test repaired unit.

If you do not use a Mazak or Mitsubishi Factory trained electrical service engineer to do these critical setup, adjustments and tests it will null and void our 90 day warranty. There are peripheral components or incorrect parameters that can cause these unit to go bad immediately or shortly after running the machine.

 

Please read all of the following (MCS) Machine Control Services Policies and Warranties!

Warranties... New items have a 365 day warranty. Refurbished items have a 90 day limited* warranty. Used items have a 10 Day warranty.

Warranty is void if

1) the unit is tampered with.
2) damage is due to physical abuse, dropping etc.
3) damage is due to failure of another machine part.
4) damage is due to lightning.
6) unit is installed by a person other than a trained and Certified Mazak or Mitsubishi CNC Electronics Technician or Engineer.

* Limited warranty is on previous parts replaced and labor. If you want your un-repaired part returned you must schedule a pick-up for it. (Fedex, UPS, etc.)
This warranty is in lieu of any other express or implied warranty and all such express or implied warranties are disclaimed or excluded as of 02/27/1999 .
